The MMA requires Medigap issuers, whose policies include prescription drug coverage, to notify policyholders whether their drug coverage is or is not creditable coverage. This page provides a Medigap guidance document relating to Creditable Coverage. Medigap policies and model notices are located in the "Archives - Creditable Coverage Guidance and Notices" page. The link for that page as well as the "Disclosure to CMS Form" and "Creditable Coverage Overview" pages are located in the left hand column.
