New York MMPs: Clarification on Part D transition requirements for FIDA and FIDA-IDD demonstrations
Guidance for clarifying the Part D transition requirements for Contract Year (CY) 2019 for Medicare-Medicaid Plans participating in the FIDA and FIDA-IDD demonstrations. On April 16, 2018, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) published a Final Rule (CMS-4182-F) that makes a change to the Part D transition requirements set forth in 42 C.F.R. §423.120(b)(3) effective beginning CY 2019.
