Payment Update for Influenza Virus Vaccine and Pneumococcal Vaccine Codes
This CR provides instructions for payment and CWF edits to be updated to include influenza virus vaccine HCPCS code 90662 and pneumococcal vaccine code, 90670 for claims with dates of service on or after October 1, 2010,processed on or after July 5, 2011.References to HCPCS code 90659, discontinued December 31, 2003, have been deleted from the manual.
