Welcome to the Prescription Drug Plan Application webpage.

This page provides important information on the application process for the offering of prescription drug plans.  This page contains the 2006 application documents for the offering of Medicare prescription drug benefit plans, the application for a Federal waiver of state licensure requirement for prescription drug plans, and the Federal solvency standards for PDP sponsors who meet standards for waiver of state licensure.
