Quality Improvement System for Managed Care Initiative (QISMC)
Guidance for : I am pleased to report that HCFA has completed work on the first product of its Quality Improvement System for Managed Care (QISMC) Initiative. The resulting document is intended as a tool for States to use at their discretion to increase the quality of health care provided to Medicaid beneficiaries through Medicaid managed care organizations.
