Question: Will the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) distribute the interim Reinsurance (RI) payment in March 2016 without sequestration?

Answer: Holdback for sequestration and appeals is not applied to interim reinsurance payments, but will be applied to the final reinsurance payments.
