Revision to the Cost Report Acceptability Checklists - This CR Rescinds and Fully Replaces CR 10920.
The purpose of this CR is to revise the Acceptability Checklist to: remove the post-acceptability instructions, include new documentation submission requirements, and to include steps relating to the Medicare Cost Report Electronic Filing system.
