Revision to the Cost Report Acceptability Checklists - This CR Rescinds and Fully Replaces CR 11644.
The purpose of this Change Request (CR) is to revise the Acceptability Checklist to include new requirements for Interns and Residents Information System (IRIS) documentation and the CMS 287-22 Home Office Cost Statement.
