Update to Hospice Payment Rates, Hospice Cap, Hospice Wage Index and Hospice Pricer for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025
The purpose of this Change Request (CR) is to update the hospice payment rates, hospice wage index, and Pricer for FY 2025. The CR also updates the FY 2025 hospice aggregate cap amount. These updates apply to Publication (Pub) 100-04, Chapter 11, section 30.2.
