The purpose of this Change Request (CR) is to update the Internet Only Manual (IOM) Publication (Pub.) 100-11, IOM Chapter 4 Enrollment and Disenrollment. The current chapter discusses eligibility criteria and the enrollment and disenrollment processes for the Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program as provided in 42 CFR §§ 460.150 - 460.172. This CR update will provide interested parties with a hyperlink to the updated PACE Chapter 4 enrollment and disenrollment guidance on the CMS website.
