User Enhancement Change Request (CR)- Update the Model Participant Provider (M1) Screen and Model Participant Provider Report (H99RVMPP) in the Multi-Carrier System (MCS)
The purpose of this CR is to update the M1 screen in MCS to display the date a record is created when a new provider record is added to the file or when an existing record is replaced due to a change to the file. The H99RVMPP report is also being updated to specify which Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) the data pertains to.
