Guidance for FAQ regarding Collections and Pay.gov

Question: What payment methods are available to Issuers?
Answer: If the Issuer does not have the capability to make a payment via Pay.gov, the Issuer can offer to submit payment via wire transfer or mailing a check. However, the Issuer must first contact CCIIO to get prior authourization by sending an e-mail to the collections mailbox at CCIIOInvoices@cms.hhs.gov.
