West Virginia Bans Food Dyes from School Meals

About the Event
Secretary Kennedy joined Governor Patrick Morrisey for a press conference at the St. Joseph School to celebrate new legislation banning harmful food dyes from school meals. Governor Morrisey also announced at the event that he intends to request a waiver (ultimately approved on August 4) to restrict taxpayer funds from being used to purchase soda through the SNAP program.
