Adobe Portable Document Format |

A versatile file format that is an open format maintained by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).and gives people an easy, reliable way to present and exchange documents - regardless of the software, hardware, or operating systems being used by anyone who views the document. Color Contrast |

Color contrast is the difference in brightness between foreground and background colors. 4.5:1 is the minimally accepted ratio between the foreground color (e.g., text, links, etc.) and the background color.
