17. Emplazamiento de testigos

  1. Notificaciones de comparecencia. Las partes deben enviar las notificaciones de comparecencia a sus testigos en las que se establecerá el lugar y la fecha de la audiencia.
  2. Citaciones. Las partes podrán solicitar la emisión de una citación requiriendo que un testigo se presente a testificar, según lo establecido en las regulaciones (por ej., Artículo 498.58, Título 42 del C.F.R. o Artículo 1005.9, Título 42 del C.F.R). La parte peticionante debe confirmar con anticipación, e indicarlo en la moción en donde se solicita la citación, si la parte opositora se opone o no a dicho citatorio. La parte que solicita la citación es responsable de notificar al testigo.
